Star Guardian is a beloved thematic in the League of Legends universe, exploring an alternate world where magical girls are called to a tragic fate.
In 2021, we wanted to ground this intergalactic fantasy with a resonant emotional core. We chose to focus on two relationships: Kai’Sa and Akali, and Xayah and Rakan.
I was honored to write the script for the Everything Goes On music video, created in partnership with Porter Robinson and Red Dog Culture House.

With guidance from creative directors Thiago Gutierrez and Elie Fielding, I felt lucky to contribute to a story that served as the heart of our marketing campaign.
I worked alongside our writing team and talented vis dev artist Julia Shi to craft a resonant structure that drew inspiration from magical girl anime, modern music videos, and the power of friendship.
